to work. For the best outcome, provide us with all requested documentation and
updates in a timely fashion. Also allow time for our staff to audit and
challenge inaccurate information.
You are entitled to some or all of your money back if we have not taken action
to remove or correct a sufficient amount of disputed items from your credit
report. Specifically, after six months, you may receive a refund of your money,
minus $100 per item we have successfully removed/corrected from your report.
