If you are not satisfied, you can cancel at any time by calling 214-884-2320,
but we encourage you to give the program sufficient time to work. For the best
outcome, provide us with all requested documentation and updates in a timely
fashion.
You are entitled to some or all of your money back if we have not taken action
to remove or correct a sufficient amount of disputed items from your credit
report. Specifically, after six months, you may receive a refund of your money,
minus $50 per item we have successfully removed/corrected from your report.
